  • DELIVERY

    All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide.

    We ship by DHL postal service. You will receive detailed information on delivery date in a personal email from our customer service. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

    Approximate time for delivery 1-3 business days depending on the final destination. For more details please visit DHL official website.

  • MATERIAL

    Answering the needs of sustainable development, we’ve listed an alternative plant-based material for our bags that will act in more ethical way. All pieces can be made in two variations: leather or natural rubber. For the leather option we use vegetable tanned horse leather for the outline and suede lamb leather for the inline. As for the natural rubber option we use caoutchouc material made from the milk of the Hevea tree. To learn more about these options, please click on each matter.

  • PRIVACY POLICY

    We take your privacy seriously and we will proceed with all measures to protect your personal information. All received information will only be securely used to fill your order. We will not sell or distribute your information to anyone.

  • PRE-ORDER FILLING TIME

    Production time for each item is 16-24 business days but may vary depending on style or workload. Under special circumstances when we may require more time to produce the item(s), you will be notified via email. We ask our customers to be patient and accept it as a part of the process.   • SECURE PAYMENT

    Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. All credit card payments are processed by our service provider WAYFORPAY. All connections occur over secured protocol using 256-bit encryption. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. When credit card transaction is approved, your account will be debited directly upon completion of the order process, and you will receive an order confirmation via email. If a credit card transaction is not approved, the order will be cancelled. If your credit card is rejected or declined, please check all information provided for accuracy and/or contact your bank.

    Alternatively, you can send us bank wire transfer. Handling fees (such as money transfer fees and bank correspondent fees) must be paid by the customer. PayPal is not accepted in Ukraine at this time, we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

  • TAX AND DUTIES

    If you are ordering for delivery outside of the Ukraine, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

  • REPAIRS

    We offer complimentary lifetime repair/renovation service for leather products bought only from kofta’s online store. Normal processing time is 10-14 business days depending on a workload. Customers outside of the Ukraine are responsible for all required shipping charges. If you wish to send your bag for repair/renovation, please contact us at sales@koftastudio.com with subject: repairs.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Returns are accepted and must be authorized by us previously.

    The garment must not be worn or altered in any form. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. You will be issued a refund as soon as your return have been processed. In the event of credit card payment, the amount will be credited back to your account immediately after the garment have been received and checked. In the event of advanced bank transfer, the amount will be transferred back to the account specified when the order was placed. All bank transfer fees are to be paid by the customer.

    Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: the piece has arrived damaged or there is any manufacturing defect. All items from sale are non-refundable.
